OBC Club Room Hire

OBC clubrooms can be hired by both members and guests. Hiring rules below

RULES FOR HIRE OF CLUB ROOMS

 

Club members hire is $100 per day, $20 per hour

Non club members hire is $300 per day, $50 per hour

 

A $100 cash bond is required when you pick up the key. This will be refunded if the club rooms are left clean and tidy and there is no significant breakage or damage.

 

If you would like to pay online, our account number at TSB is 15 3949 0300791 00. Please include your details when making a payment.

 

1.  The club rooms must be vacated by 1.00am and cleaned up that evening or the next day by midday latest.

 

2.  Please keep noise levels/music down after 11pm. If necessary close all windows and doors to contain any excess noise.

 

3.  All rubbish is the responsibility of the hirer and must be removed from the club rooms at the end of the booking. Please do not use club bins for this purpose.

 

4.  Ensure all dishes and glassware are washed, dried and put away after use. You are free to use the dishwasher but remember to put it on before you leave.

 

5.  Please vacuum the carpet and mop the floor. A vacuum, mop and bucket are available for this, all chemicals are in the cupboard under the sink. 

 

6.  At the end of the evening and after clean up, please check that the oven, gas bottle and any other electrical appliances used are switched off. However, please leave the fridges on. Please ensure you lock all doors to ensure the club rooms are left secure.

 

7.  If you have any concerns, please let the Bookings committee member know.
